Hi Ken & Melissa...
I just wanted to compliment your driver Brice, who delivered our restored 1966 VW convertible from Montana.
He called us twice during the trip to give us updates on his location and even arrived a day earlier than we original anticipated.
He was very professional yet friendly and informative. we noticed when he got inside other vehicles to move them to get to our VW, he put on white rubber gloves, as he did our VW also...He had other much more expensive vehicles on this load but treated our VW with the same care & attention. As it happened, our VW had a dead battery upon arrival and it was not a problem with him that the car had to be pushed off and into our driveway.
He inspected the car before he picked it up and made numerous notations of scratches, etc. Not only that, but 10 miles down the road, he noticed that the sending company had loaded the wrong vehicle...He turned around and went back for the right car.....
We probably will never have another occasion to use a transport company, but if we did, it certainly would be Mills and a request for a driver by the name of Brice.
What a welcome sight to see someone in the service industry to be as cordial and considerate as Brice and for that matter, Ken & Melissa Mills also...

Transport driver Craig (of Mill's Auto Transport) is to be praised for handling
our 1937 Dodge delivery truck with "kit gloves" . . . not the
kind of TLC one would expect considering the stereotypical image of a "big
rig driver" who has to muscle cars on & off his rig.
It was a hot 90+ degree day & Craig cheerfully got the job done . . . he
even went the extra mile and OFFERED to help me push the 1937 Dodge from the
street & into our driveway!!!!! He clearly went above & beyond what
he was paid to do.
Everything went perfectly and promptly! Great communication from the driver
while he was en route so we could easily arrange to meet him upon arrival.

It was great meeting
you on Saturday, 4/10/04 when you dropped off my long
awaited 1985 Toyota Supra.
It was good to put a face with a voice that I have been
good talking to for so many weeks. Thanks for doing a
great job in transporting my car and being so friendly.
